Open URL dialogue box explained

Enter the URL you want to retrieve a document from.

Select this checkbox if you want to query the internet host directly for the URL (this ensures you download the most recent version of the URL).

Attempts to find the URL you have entered. If successful, opens the source of the URL in a new document window, ready for editing.

Closes the Open URL dialogue box.
